This 24 hour workhorse formula is said to reduce weight at an elevated pace. It’s apparently useful for restful sleep while giving a boost of energy through the workday.

Inside are two bottles with tablets meant to be taken either in the morning or at night depending on your needs. An interesting concept but more importantly is there a benefit? The answer to this can be found within.

The creators Maximum Human Performance, LLC have a wide distribution across the globe. Currently they have a lawsuit pending but the reasons for the claim are unknown.

How (and) does it work?

A large part of this formula is supposed to lead towards activity in the thyroid leading to more energy, focus, and in turn reducing fat and promoting well being.

Into the mix is thermokinetic effects meant to stimulate heat and break down calories.

The PM formula helps you get rid of water weight and toxins in the body. Adrenal glands are then stimulated to help you gain energy through the day as well.

Finally blood sugar levels are kept in check with an essential vitamin.

According to the manufacturers this product features clinically tested ingredients but they have not tested their own brand. Additionally they do not offer the clinical trials they mention so it’s unknown what trials they refer to.

There is a warning as this product contains known stimulants as well as food coloring which may cause several problems. On the market today are weight loss brands without food coloring.

Cranberry is a natural diuretic.
• Restoration & Adrenal Support Blend(Licorice root extract, Astragalus root, Ginger root): Licorice and Astragalus are said to aid internal organs as Ginger Root provides digestive relief. C
• Thyrogenic T-3 Complex(Guggulipid, Bladderwrack Kelp, Atlantic Kelp, Sargassi Seaweed): Kelp is added to help the thyroid function and Guggulipid is intended to help inflammation and the immune system. Seaweed is high in minerals and is said to help the body function.

Potential Side Effects: Dehydration, restlessness, fatigue, hyperactivity, diarrhea, stomach issues, vomiting and rashes.

It offers variety and is said to work within whatever mood is necessary.

Usually getting a lot of ingredients is a good thing but not when the science is lacking.

This product often mention science and proprietary blends but gives no explanation for its numerous ingredients. The only thing certain is that you have no idea of the ingredient amounts.
