HydroSlim (UK) Review – Does it Really Work?

What is HydroSlim?

Marketing itself towards people who are physically active and who enjoy fitness and like activities, HydroSlim promises its users that the results they are looking for can be boosted by using this product. Not only is this product supposed to activate thermogenesis, but it is also claimed to raise energy levels and strength, as well as induce fat loss.

Delivered to users with an orange flavor that is suitable for people of both genders as well as vegetarians, it seems like this product has everything going for itself. Being a completely natural supplement, there should be no downsides to this product, right? Or are there any? We decided to investigate this further.

Who makes it?

HydroSlim is manufactured by the Kent, United Kingdom based Evolution Slimming. Evolution Slimming produces a wide range of weight loss, detox and health supplements that are available for sale online. In addition to this, the company’s website also offers articles, a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator, plus a 7 day meal plan for it’s visitors. HydroSlim can be purchased on the company’s official website.

How (and) does it work?

The three main points that HydroSlim hits are that it is claimed to suppress appetite, raise the metabolic rate and boost energy levels. With the appetite being suppressed, the users will no longer have the urge to eat an unhealthy snack that may later on affect their physical performance. The raise in energy levels will also help with athletic performance. And even when physical exertion is done, the raised metabolism will keep the fat burning. Users are instructed to take 1 scoop of HydroSlim with 300-400ml of water about 15 minutes before a workout.

There are no independent reviews of this product available.

What’s inside of it and are there side effects?

HydroSlim includes within it 8 ingredients that are known to be natural herbal ingredients. This is much like diet pills on the top 10 list, which also feature natural ingredients. Some of the ingredients are known to be stimulants, while others are appetite suppressants. Not every ingredient is known to be effective for weight loss, a prime example of this being green coffee bean.

  • Green coffee bean: While popularly used in diet pills, the fact of the matter is that this ingredient is not effective in weight loss.
  • Green tea extract: A popular ingredient in diet pills, this is known to be full of antioxidants, as well as being able to boost metabolism and mental cognition.
  • Caffeine malate 1:1: A version of caffeine that is known to cause less stomach discomfort than the regular kind of the stimulant. Is known to also be a diuretic.
  • Gamma butyrobetaine: Known as a treatment for alcohol intoxication, as well as diabetes and seizures.
  • Tyrosine: An appetite suppressant that is also known to help with erectile dysfunction, heart disease and stroke.
  • Myristica fragrans: Also known as nutmeg, this is known to help with digestive issues, as well as brain health and pain relief as well.
  • Guggulsterone E and Z: Claimed to help with cardiovascular health, as well as aid in regulating cholesterol levels.
  • Salacia reticulata extract: Claimed to be a treatment for obesity, diabetes, asthma and gonorrhea.

There have been no adverse effects reported from use of this product.

What’s good about it?

This product contains green tea, which is known to be effective in helping people reach their weight loss goals. This ingredient is also full of antioxidants.

What’s bad about it?

PillsSome of the ingredients included in this product have been proven to be ineffective in regards to weight loss, despite the positive publicity they get. An example of one of these ingredients is green coffee bean. There have been no studies performed on this ingredient to ensure that this is effective in the long term. In addition to this, the official website does not supply any studies done on the product as a whole to ensure that it truly is effective.

This product is meant for people who exercise on a consistent basis. Because of this people who are new to the fitness and weight loss world may not see the results they expect. This is especially true because to make this product effective, a low calorie diet is mandatory.

Lastly this product is available in the United Kingdom, so if you don’t live there already, you may encounter problems trying to obtain this product.

Wrap Up

There are always going to be dietary supplements that market themselves as the most effective product out there. It’s unfortunate that this one has no scientific data to back up it’s claims.

Bottom Line:

If you are a person who is into exercising and you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, this product may have caught your eye. However, there are no clinical trials provided to show that this is actually effective in helping shed off the pounds. Better dietary supplements make these facts very clear. To add onto this, it’s not like this product is available in the United States anyway! Why buy something from “across the pond” when there are plenty of better products available here, where you don’t have to pay exorbitant shipping costs?

Your time and money are worth better, more effective dietary supplements.
