Popularized by television’s Dr. Oz, Garcinia Cambogia is all the rage in today’s diet supplement world. Claiming to help with weight loss through both helping burn fat and stop more of it from being formed, it seems as if this product is the weight loss cure everyone has been waiting for.
Left and right companies are coming out with their own brands of garcinia cambogia. Today we will be reviewing a brand known as Garcinia Cambogia Select. Is it as good as they say it is? Or is this just another exotic sounding ingredient that will have it’s buyers dazzled, but unable to see the weight loss goals they seek? We decided to look into this and find out.
Garcinia cambogia select is manufactured by Larnaca, Cyprus based Santrinico Enterprises. Santrinico enterprises also has other websites registered under it, such as gscmcollections.com and greencoffeebeanmax.com. Garcinia cambogia Select cannot be purchased in stores, rather only on the company’s website, or through 3rd party retailers such as Amazon.com.
Garcinia Cambogia claims to work as a dual fat buster, on the one hand burning up fat, while on the other hand also preventing fat from forming. The active ingredient that does this is hydroxycitric acid, also known as HCA. Other effects of garcinia cambogia are that it supposedly also helps manage the stress hormone cortizol, as well as increases serotonin levels.
While this all may sound good, users have reported that the effects of this ingredient only really last in the short term, while others haven’t seen the results the were aspiring for at all.
Garcinia Cambogia Select advertised to be made up of all natural ingredients, and the labeling on the bottle is very clear about this. Despite the optimistic claims that are made about garcinia cambogia, the fact of the matter is that there is not enough evidence out there to prove it. If you are looking for other all natural diet pills that are proven to work, please check out the top 10 list.
Garcinia Cambogia: The principal ingredient, this is believed to not only help burning fat, but also help keep it off as well. Even so, results on studies on this ingredient have had varying results.
Side effects: Dizziness, headache, dry mouth, upset stomach and diarrhea.
Garcinia Cambogia is all natural, for those of you out there who don’t feel comfortable putting synthetic substances into your body can feel at ease.
Despite all the hype about garcinia cambogia, there are conflicting studies as to the exact effectiveness it has on weight loss. Some studies show that it does effect weight loss when compared to a placebo, while other studies show no marked difference at all.
It is because of this that a universal dosage amount for this ingredient hasn’t been established yet. True, Garcinia Cambrogia Select has it’s own dosage, but it differs than other similar products. Who is to say which one is the correct amount? And why believe that specific brand? It’s not like they are going to admit they were wrong in the dosing amount.
Lastly although showing potential to help with weight loss, garcinia cambrogia isn’t for everyone. Some studies have shown that people with Alzheimer’s and diabetes may be harmed by continued use of this ingredient. If you or anyone you know has one of these ailments, it may be best to direct them to another product entirely.
While marketed as “The holy grail” of weight loss supplements, there simply isn’t enough evidence to support that garcinia cambrogia is in fact as effective as it is marketed to be. While sounding effective, marketing campaigns can go a long way in convincing people of what they want and should buy.
At first glance Garcinia Cambogia Select sounds like the perfect all natural cure for weight loss. The real truth of the matter is that there isn’t enough data on garcinia cambogia to really say whether it is or not. True, the price tag isn’t that high, but that shouldn’t be the reason that you are drawn to this specific product. There are plenty of other diet pills out there that may be more effective for you. As it stands, this product is all show and no substance. Much like a TV personality like Dr. Oz himself, there is nothing deeper than what’s seen on a 2D screen.
