Marketing itself as an all natural metabolism booster, ThermoFit offers weight loss to adults who try it. Coming in the form of a tablet, ThermoFit works to boost the metabolism. It does this by raising the core body temperature which in turn helps burn fat faster.
The company that manufactures and sells ThermoFit is an international company known as It Works, which has offices in the U.S., Canada and throughout Europe. It Works also sells other products ranging from skin, body and other health supplements. ThermoFit can be purchased online on the company’s website, as well as on websites like Amazon.com.
ThermoFit works by using a process called thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is the process of the body raising it’s temperature, or energy output. This raise in energy output means that the body also has to raise its metabolic rate. This then is supposed to burn fat and calories at a faster rate to support your higher metabolism and your lean muscle increases at a faster rate as well. ThermoFit makes no mention of needing a specific diet or exercise in conjunction with the product.
Without the addition of diet and exercise, it is doubtful that this product will be the weight loss cure that it claims to be.
ThermoFit is filled with all natural ingredients, as listed on the label. Of these ingredients however, it is not clear that what is listed actually has their intended effect. If you are most interested in finding a diet pill that is derived form natural ingredients, please read the top 10 list.
Side Effects: Headaches, irritability, insomnia and frequent urination.
ThermoFit stays clear of synthetic ingredients that other weight loss supplements include.
While containing a lot of natural ingredients, its not clear that all of these ingredients work toward weight loss and may produce side effects, such as insomnia, headaches and irritability. While ingredients such as capsicum fruit extract, raspberry ketones, and chromium may help with weight loss through raising core body temperature, there is no concrete proof that this increases metabolism.
Other ingredients such as the acai berry while beneficial in giving the body antioxidants, have no proven ability to help with weight loss. In this case the addition of the acai berry can be seen as an add on to the weight loss product. Think of a diet pill being like a car. The addition of acai berry is like having an expensive sound system. While nice to have, it doesn’t help with the actual driving of the car at all.
Lastly there are other ingredients such as vitamin B12 that can be bought elsewhere, and for cheaper than ThermoFit is marketed with.
And if you are not satisfied with your product? You may be out of luck, as there is no evidence of a money back guarantee.
While claiming to be all natural, it is not completely clear that all the ingredients included in this product guarantee weight loss. Instead, the matter is left on a theoretical level, assuming that a higher body temperature increases metabolism. This however doesn’t guarantee real weight loss past water weight.
Bottom Line:
Much of what ThermoFit claims to do is from water weight that is lost from sweating and urination. This kind of weight loss isn’t a permanent kind, but a temporary one, which puts the effectiveness of the product into question. Keep in mind that there are plenty of other products out there with the same (or less) price that are actually effective. If you want a product that will guarantee weight loss that isn’t temporary, it’s best to look elsewhere.
We strongly recommend looking into other diet pills that may be more effective for you.
