Hydroxycut Sprinkles Review – Is it Effective for Weight Loss?

What is Hydroxycut Sprinkles?

When you think about all the varieties dietary products come in these days, nothing really shocks us anymore. However, we were mildly surprised when we came across Hydroxycut Sprinkles, which says that just shake a few allegedly flavorless sprinkles onto whatever food you’re eating can aid your weight loss. Not only is this allegedly efficient weight loss, but the creators of Hydroxycut Sprinkles say that it’s fun, too! Well, we hate to be killjoys, but we disagree there’s anything fun about a company thinking they can sell potentially ineffective or unreliable products just because it’s a kind of amusing idea.

So what’s going on here? How are a few sprinkles on top of what you’re eating going to prevent you from packing on weight, or help you lose it? Maybe you can guess nonplussed we were by Hydroxycut Sprinkles, which is a big deal because we’re never not skeptical. Still, we were interested. We decided to take a though look at Hydroxycut Sprinkles, and here’s what we learned.

Who makes it?

818pillsAs the product’s name implies, these Sprinkles are produced by Hydroxycut. Hydroxycut are a fairly well known name dietary aid community, and not just because they make a bunch of different supplements and dietary aids either. One particularly interesting characteristic of Hydroxycut seems to be the company’s tendency to introduce weight loss supplements in unconventional means of distribution. For example, most diet companies are satisfied with releasing their products in the forms of pills or shakes, Hydroxycut likes to be a little more creative. We’re sure we don’t even need to tell you that, though, considering that you’re currently reading a review for weight loss sprinkles. Along with the sprinkles, the Hydroxycut line also contains chewable gummy supplements as well as drink mixes that the company instructs you to freeze into popsicles. This also sounds like fun (we guess…) but can we really trust these class clowns to put out effective products when they seem to be more concerned with how wacky they can make them? Let’s seriously inspect Hydroxycut Sprinkles to see if a silly product can result in serious weight loss.

How (and) does Hydroxycut Sprinkles work?

Hydroxycut says that all you have to do is sprinkle some of this product on your food in order to allow the formula contained in the sprinkles to start working as soon as you eat them. Allegedly, Hydroxycut’s blend can detoxify your body while giving your metabolism a powerful thermogenic boost. If you improve the way your metabolism functions, you can get it to turn more calories into energy which prevents them from being stored in your body as fat. A metabolism that has received enough of a boost can even start making energy out of fat already stored in your body, which would naturally help eliminate your body’s stores of fat.

Judging from reviews written by people who have tried Hydroxycut Sprinkles, nobody really seems to be fan of this product. While Hydroxycut advertise their sprinkles as being a tasteless additive that you can put on any kind of food, the consensus seems to be that the sprinkles do indeed have a taste, and that they taste awful. Many of the negative reviews say that even if the sprinkles were capable of aiding in weight loss, the disgusting taste would be too much of a deal breaker.

Ingredients

Hydroxyprovia: this ingredient is a blend of several natural ingredients, including Komijn Seed, Lady’s Mantle Leaf, Wild Mint Leaf and Wild Olive Leaf. It is believed to boost your metabolism and detoxify your body. Hydroxycut provide nothing in the form of any clinical evidence that it is capable of doing so, though.

What’s bad about it?

Wrap up

Hydroxycut Sprinkles are designed to be sprinkled onto any food you eat in order to boost your metabolism and detoxify your body. While Hydroxycut claims that the sprinkles are completely tasteless, everyone who’s tried them reports that they actually taste awful and are not very effective when it comes to weight loss either.

Bottom Line

Between the disgusting taste and simply the fact that we’re dealing with sprinkles, this supplement just seems to be a mess. It certainly sounds like you’d be a lot better off just sticking to a more traditional and reliable diet pill that won’t leave a bad taste in your mouth – literally or figuratively.
We strongly recommend looking into other diet pills that may be more effective and better for you.
