Obesitrol – Side Effects. Is it safe for you?

What is Obesitrol?

Boasting that it has 5 all natural ingredients that are scientifically proven to guarantee weight loss, Obesitrol targets it’s buyers with their own dreams of a thinner, healthier version of themselves. And they don’t even have to change their diet or lifestyle to get there!

No change in diet or lifestyle? This sounds like a miracle only something in a holy book would promise? Are these claims valid? Or is this product a false prophet, gaining the public’s attention only for the sake of financial gain for the company itself? We decided to go in and check if this product really is what it claims to be.

Who makes it?

818pillsObesitrol is manufactured by the Florida based Nutripharm. Nutripharm is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Obesitrol can be purchased online on the company’s website.

How (and) does it work?

According to the company’s website Obesitrol claims that it’s product can do 5 things at once: reduce appetite, help breakdown fat, boost metabolism as well as energy and help stop water retention. And all it asks for it’s users, is to take one pill once a day. The user isn’t even require to change their diet or anything, as the company sees that as the individual’s choice to change. It’s because of this that they don’t supply a diet plan or anything.

While claiming to be scientifically proven to work, this was only done in trials regarding specific ingredients, and not the product as a whole. As such, the validity of the company’s claims are questionable.

While full of confidence in the ability of their product to work, not all users found the results they were looking for when using Obesitrol.

What’s inside of it and are there side effects?

The company’s website lists that there are 5 key ingredients in Obesitrol that help people lose weight. However the exact amounts of the ingredients isn’t specified. So without knowing how much of the different ingredients are in there, it’s hard to ascertain the real effectiveness of any of the ingredients.

  • Irvingia Gabonesis: Used to help support a hormone called Leptin that helps regulate metabolism and appetite.
  • Caffeine anhydrous: A popular ingredient in dietary supplements that is used to give it’s users an energy boost while giving them mental focus and clarity.
  • Green coffee bean extract: An ingredient that is believed to help with weight loss because it contains high levels of phytochemical chlorogenic acid.
  • Green select photosome green tea: A patented version of green tea that the company’s marketing says will help lose weight even faster. Past the company’s claims, it is questionable how much better this is than regular green tea.
  • Coenzyme Q10: Supposedly helps turn food into energy at a faster than usual rate, this is marketed as a key ingredient in Obestirol.

While generally safe, some side effects from the high caffeine content can include: jitteriness, headache and anxiety.

What’s good about it?

Unlike some other weight loss pills out there, Obesitrol is pretty reasonably priced, selling at one bottle being about $20. When buying more than one bottle, shipping within the United States is free.

What’s bad about it?

Generic-pillsWhile the company’s website does promise a lot, the fact of the matter is that the studies that they show about their product working, aren’t for Obesitrol itself, but rather, the individual ingredients that go into it. Because of this the effectiveness of the product is entirely in question.

This isn’t to mention that some people may be allergic to some of the ingredients in this product. This alongside with that people under the age of 18 aren’t advised to use this product does show that Obesitrol is not for everyone.

That’s not to mention that there are no reviews on this product. A bit strange don’t you think? For a product that touts itself as being so successful in weight loss, but yet no one has even had anything to say about it.

Wrap Up

While sounding good on paper, the drawbacks of this product are that it hasn’t been tested that Obesitrol itself has any effect on weight loss. Combined that with a lack of real customer reviews, and one just can’t be certain that this product works well at all.

Bottom Line:

While seeming to be good in theory, the fact of the matter is that the product itself has not been verified to be effective. The company is very confident in it’s claims, so much so that it tells it’s potential users that they don’t even have to worry about changing their diet. While sounding ideal, the truth of the matter is that if you really want to lose weight, a change in diet and regular exercise are essential. Don’t let the marketing fool you. There are plenty of other products out there on the market that may be more effective, possibly even cheaper. So shed this product off like the pounds you want to lose and walk away.

We recommend looking into other diet pills that may be better and more effective for you.
