LipoBurn Review: Is It Safe?

What is LipoBurn?

Presented to customers as a way to get rid of fat and help support the body thru fatigue after exercising. There is a number of scientific sounding methods of reducing fat mentioned on their website, however no evidence or customer testimonials are offered.

Though the creators come from the UK there is shipping to the US and other countries but at a high shipping rate.

 Who makes it?

PillsFA Engineered Nutrition has created LipoBurn as well as various other nutritional supplements. All their products do not feature any customer testimonials or even evidence of trials completed.

 How (and) does it work?

When used within a training regiment this brand is set to make it much easier for the body to deal with increasing its temperature to rid itself of fats. Also stated is the ability for fat to be better used by the body.

Though it all sounds good in theory and there are several scientific sounding words; without any evidence or customer support you’re left to examine the ingredients without the manufacturer proving proof.

What’s inside of it and are there side effects?

This brand is bloated with several stimulants and so far the brand recognizes it as one dose being the rough equivalent to 2 cups of coffee a day.  To find a more all-natural counterpart you do have access to supplements that are easier on the body.

Ingredients:
  • Acetyl-L-carnitine: Created by the body to aid in energy. As a supplement it has the ability to aid in memory retention.
  • Guarana Extract(Paullinia cupana L.): A stimulant that is said to benefit fat loss. Only one study performed showed it could be slightly beneficial when mixed with 2 other stimulants.
  • CLA: A chemical sourced from meat and dairy. Studies conducted on weight loss showed no benefit.
  • Caffeine: Stimulant consumed around the world. It can give a boost of energy but is not recommended for those with sensitivities.
  • Green Tea Extract: A fragment of green tea that is known for it’s high antioxidant factor. Has been shown to decrease the risk of illness.
  • Ginger Extract: A plant with known health properties that alleviates indigestion and upset stomach.
  • Yerba Mate: Commonly brewed as a tea for it’s high antioxidant profile. It has a caffeine profile higher than most teas.
  • Beta-Sitosterol: Often found in plants and foods. It can lower cholesterol though these studies have been tested on foods and not supplements.
  • Theobromine: Found in cocoa and used for high blood pressure. It works as a stimulant and can help in aiding circulation.
  • MCT Oil: Fats that have been altered from long chain to medium chain. Evidence is lacking in supporting its effectiveness in weight loss and exercise function.
  • Palm Kernel Oil: An oil from a plant meant to be cooked at a high temperature. It can help reduce cholesterol levels in moderation.
  • CoEnzyme Q10: Created by cells in order to produce energy. As a supplement there is a wide concern from most brands that feature either significant unlisted amounts or minimal unlisted amounts.
  • Black Pepper Extract(BioPerine): Taken from remnants of black pepper and meant to increase the effectiveness of surrounding ingredients.
  • Chromium: Added to supplements to increase fat loss. Only rare cases exists from those with huge deficiencies that have actually helped them though not thru weight loss.
  • Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 and B6: In supplement form they are quickly expelled thru urination. They are necessary for the body to regulate cell function.
  • Vitamin C: Vital vitamin that helps the immune system function. Side effects are common in large doses of supplements.
  • Manganese: Essential for proper metabolism. This metal is not intended to be taken in large doses which is hard to track in supplements.
  • Vitamin E: Known as a powerful antioxidant. Even with large doses little changes have been shown thru supplements.

Potential Side Effects: Headache, nausea, difficulty concentrating, insomnia, agitation, shortness of breathe, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea, liver problems, complications with other medications, increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure and mood swings.

What’s good about it?

There are a clear number of ingredient amounts listed.

What’s bad about it?

weight-loss-pillsThere’s so much thrown around on their website that makes it sound legitimate, until you dig thru the evidence.

Many of the claims that sound beneficial such as thermo kinetic effects are basically just ways the body deals with an overload of caffeine. Any fat loss that may be gained is left thru a difficult to process mesh of ingredients. You won’t know exactly what you’re getting because customer opinion is non-existent for this brand.

Some of the ingredients can be useful for health but not in the realm of fat loss. It’s unclear why some of the additives are included seeing as how no evidence shows it is effective in managing weight.

Wrap Up

Not much is available other than the individual breakdown of ingredients. With that information in hand it’s easy to make a decision and declare that this product just isn’t worth the investment of time and money. You can’t predict how this will affect you and with the mixture provided and any complications are left on the customer to deal with.

Bottom Line:

There’s plenty lacking and very little to love beyond catchy sounding words that seem scientific. To get the real thing isn’t that hard anymore, in fact it’s within your grasp.

Instead of having to filter thru all this mess and test the potential for side effects in this brand you have other options. Better solutions for weight loss now exist that are much more convenient and easier on you.
