Animal M-Stak is a workout supplement that is also used for increasing testosterone production, improving sexual performance, and overall male enhancement. It’s advertising claims that it has multiple ways of affecting the androgen cycle to optimize both testosterone production and testosterone processing.
They say that it is a powerful energy booster that can also help the body with insulin processing, muscle building, and the prevention of tissue degradation. Their promotional materials recommend its use to athletes that are looking to maximize the effectiveness of their workouts, older men who are starting to see declines in energy and sexual performance, and other men that are looking to add an extra edge to their body’s natural processing abilities.
The male enhancement product that has received the most praise from our staff is Viritenz. Our team of nutrition, wellness, and sexuality experts complimented its ingredients profile, its effects on erectile function, and the overall benefits that it can have for testosterone processing. Animal M-Stak is a product of Animal Pak, a line of nutrition supplements that has tried to set themselves apart by creating multi-pill ingredients blends that they call “paks.” They are owned by the nutrition and athletic performance supplements manufacturer Universal Nutrition.
Universal Nutrition has been in some legal trouble recently for a number of different issues. They were found to have inaccuracies in their product labeling, and they were also part of a massive class action lawsuit against nutrition companies that engage in the act of protein spiking – rigging their products so that they appear to have more protein in them than they actually do during product testing.
Universal Nutrition has mediocre ratings on most online consumer protection sites, including Fakespot, who rated 20% of the reviews on their distributors websites as probably fraudulent. This means that many of the 5-satr reviews that they have received are fakes, which further compromises their already unimpressive record.
The way that Animal M-Stak displays their ingredients is in a series of six different proprietary blends. They have a natural flavone/sterone complex, and anti-catabolic amino complex, and anabolic adaptogen, insulin potentiating, M factor, and energy complexes.
Each of these blends comes in its own different pill, all of which are packaged together in one single-serving “pak”. Each of these paks contains over 6000mg of different ingredients – some of them incredibly effective, others ineffective or even dangerous.
The ingredients listed on their website are:
Natural Flavone/Sterone Complex: A combination of cyanotis vaga extract, 5-methyl-7-methoxyisoflavone, ajuga turkestancia extract, and other phytosterols. Their promotional materials claim that “flavones have long been theorized to help enhance muscle mass,” however there is no concrete data linking any of these substances to specific increases in testosterone.
It is possible that these additives – a blend of synthetic chemicals and herbal derivatives – can have some benefits for protein synthesis or nitrogen retention, however these functions do not have any bearing on sexual health or function.
Anti-Catabolic Amino Complex: A collection of six different amino acids that is used to avoid muscle degradation. Catabolism is the breakdown of living tissues into smaller component parts to be used for energy. All of these amino acids are generally beneficial for humans and are used in a wide variety of biological processes.
L-Taurine is frequently found in energy drinks due to its mild stimulant properties, and acetyl-L-carnitine is a helpful component of many weight loss or nootropic products’ blends. The function of these ingredients is far more athletic than sexual, however increased energy can have benefits for overall sexual performance.
Anabolic Adaptogen Complex: A combination of muira puama bark, kudzu root, and eleutherococcus senticosus root. Calling something “anabolic” implies that it is useful for the development of muscle tissue, and adaptogens are chemicals that help the body to deal with stress, in this case specifically cortisol, a chemical that can lead to the breakdown of muscle tissue.
Both eleutherococcus, also known as Siberian ginseng, and muira puama are well respected by our team of experts for their beneficial effects on sexual performance. Siberian ginseng has been linked to improved erectile function and increased libido, and muira puama is also sometimes called “potency wood” due to its aphrodisiac effects.
Insulin Potentiating Complex: A combination of fenugreek extract, banaba leaf extract, cinnamon bark powder, and NA-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid that is designed to help improve insulin function. Insulin plays a role in the androgen cycle and, while not directly related to sexual performance, can have some peripheral sexual benefits.
Cinnamon in particular is thought to be effective for male enhancement purposes, as it may improve user’s erectile function somewhat. Fenugreek has been largely discredited as an effective male enhancement supplement ingredient.
M Factor Complex: A combination of ginger root, grapefruit peel, and piper nigrum fruit extract. These ingredients are not themselves related to sexual performance, however they have some use helping in the absorption of other nutrients. Piper nigrum in particular is used to help with the transportation and bioavailability of other chemicals.
Energy Complex: A 500mg blend of three different caffeine sources, including caffeine anhydrous, kola nut seed, and guarana seed powder. This is an incredibly large dose of caffeine and is considered far above the normal recommended dose.
A typical cup of coffee tends to contain under 100mg of caffeine, so taking one Animal M-Stak is the equivalent of drinking over five cups of coffee in a single sitting. This is not considered safe for most users and can potentially lead to a number of different health issues for consumers.
This much caffeine can have irritating effects on the gastro-intestinal tract, leading to diarrhea, cramping, and abdominal discomfort. It will also cause the blood pressure to rise dramatically, which can be potentially dangerous for anyone with preexisting heart or blood pressure issues. A teenager recently died of a caffeine overdose after taking a smaller quantity of caffeine than that found in Animal M-Stak.
Our team does not recommend caffeine as part of a daily nutritional blend. It has some benefits for erectile function, however in addition to the potential dangers already mentioned it is easy to build up a tolerance to the drug, and it is usually followed by a counter-productive “crashing” period.
In the massive quantity of ingredients included in Animal M-Stak are a number of highly effective agents for improving male sexual performance and testosterone function. Muira puama, cinnamon, and Siberian ginseng all have a direct impact on male sexual health, and piper nigrum has been shown to be very useful in getting the body to absorb and utilize other chemicals.
Other ingredients that they use, while not technically effective for male enhancement purposes, may have benefits for other biological functions. L-Carnitine is a well-respected amino acid that helps increase metabolism and mental performance, cyanotis vaga may be useful for lower cholesterol levels, and they have several ingredients that could possibly have a beneficial effect on insulin and blood sugar levels.
The vast majority of the ingredients in Animal M-Stak do not have the type of clinical history proving their usefulness that our experts prefer to see before they recommend a product to our readers. That, however, was not their main issue with the blend.
Animal M-Stak uses far, far too much caffeine in their product. The quantity of the stimulant that they include is both unsafe for human use and impractical for their overall purposes. Caffeine can have some slight benefits for erectile function, however it is also very dangerous in large quantities and its initial energy-giving properties are counterbalanced by a later crashing period.
Animal M-Stak is a multi-pill daily nutritional supplement designed for energy, testosterone, and male enhancement that may be effective in some ways but that also has some major flaws. They use a few quality ingredients like muira puama and cinnamon bark, however they also use a number of ingredients that don’t have the clinical backing required to be trustworthy. They also use far too much caffeine – along with several other stimulant products – lead our experts to worry about the overall safety and effectiveness of the product.
Humans should generally not consume more than 200mg of caffeine per day, and at 500mg Animal M-Stak not exceeds that marker by an unsafe amount, it also does so in a single sitting. This is even more dangerous than consuming caffeine throughout the day, and our team would be very irresponsible if we encouraged users to do this to their bodies. This is especially true given the fact that there are not enough effective ingredients included in Animal M-Stak for them to think that it could even be particularly effective.
The male enhancement supplement that is the most trusted by or experts and other industry professionals is called Viritenz. It has shown the most potency out of all of the non-prescription male enhancement products that are currently on the market.
Their ingredients blend includes both cinnamon bark and muira puama, and their other ingredients all have long, well-documented histories of success in male enhancement products. Click here to learn more about how Viritenz can benefit you and your sexual performance.
